Complaints
While we make every effort to please our customers, it may turn out that you are not satisfied with our products or service. In that case, please inform us of your complaint as quickly as possible. You will always receive a response to your complaint as soon as possible and within 30 days at the most.
You can inform us of your complaint as follows:
- Firstly, contact our customer service team (see above for our contact details). Our customer service staff will try to resolve your complaint satisfactorily as quickly as possible.
- Still not satisfied with the solution offered? In that case, email your complaint in full to the attention of customer service. We will assess your complaint once again and, if possible, try to offer you another solution.
- You can also go directly to the European online dispute resolution platform with a complaint / dispute.
