Fly Protection Horse

Protect your horse from the nuisance of flies. Especially in the summer, when it gets warmer, flies, hornets and mosquitoes can bother your horse. Flies buzz around your horse's head and stabbing insects cause unrest, irritation and itching.

Your horse will try to scare away the flying insects by shaking its head and wagging its tail, but it could use some extra help from you. Fortunately for that you are at the right place at MHS Equestrian. We have various tools in our range that make it a lot easier for your horse.

Many types of fly protection at MHS Equestrian

With the protection of a fly blanket, your horse is less stung by insects. Some fly blankets in our collection have a striking zebra print that keeps flies at a distance. All fly blankets are made of a sturdy, fine-meshed fabric that is so thin that your horse will not get too hot. You can choose between specimens with a fixed or removable neck part. At MHS Equestrian you will find fly blankets from the famous brands Harry’s Horse, Premiere and our own quality brand MHS.

A fly mask or fly brow belt protects your horse's head and eyes from nasty insects. The fine-meshed fabric allows your horse to look through without problems.

You can choose between a fly mask with or without ears. If you choose a variant with ears, the ears are immediately covered and protected. If you only want to protect your horse's ears during an outdoor ride, for example, a brightly colored ear net from our range offers the solution.

In addition to fly blankets and fly masks, we have various fly sprays that you can easily order online. Fly spray neutralizes the odor of a horse, making it less likely to fly near.
