Find product

How to find the product you are looking for in an easy way. There are a few ways to find your product easily and quickly.

Method 1:
The first way is to find the items in one of the categories. Click on the category of your product. If a category has subcategories, the main category pops out and subcategories appear. Select a category or sub category. You will now see all products in that category.

Method 2:
Another method is to use our search feature that appears on each page at the top. With this product filter, you can easily and quickly find the right product by selecting, for example, types of blankets or looking for show halters.

 

Place an order

Placing an order is very easy. You have found your product and placed it in your shopping cart with the "shopping cart" button. At the top right of the screen you will see the cart containing the products you have added.

You can view the cart by clicking on the cart icon so that the cart clicks out and you see all your added products. Click on the button or link "Order" and you will find our secure page where you can enter your address information and select the payment method.

If you already have an account at MHS Equestrian and have filled in all your address information once, you will be automatically filled in as soon as you log in. (You can sign in by clicking the link at the top.) Select the payment method and agree to our Terms and Conditions. Confirm your order by clicking the "Place Order" button. You will then receive another screen to check all of your completed data. Check here if everything is correct, we can hardly ever change an order and / or data afterwards. Click "Confirm" and you will be taken to the secure page of the payment option you have chosen. Once the payment has been completed, you will be redirected to the MHS Equestrian webshop and your order will be placed with us and we will process and ship it as soon as possible.

 

Follow your order

Once you have ordered and paid your order on a workday before 17:00 (Dutch time) with you will receive an email from us on the same business day containing the shipping information and a link to PostNL's or DPD's Track and Trace page. In addition, you can also fill in the data on the PostNL Track and Trace page.

Cancel or change

You just placed an order and you want to cancel it or change it. You will be asked to contact customer service directly. If your order can not be canceled or changed (when it is already shipped), it will be shipped with the products and data you previously specified in the order. If you have an incorrect shipping address, PostNL or DPD can still deliver your order correctly.
