Purchase Agreement


Buying at MHS Equestrian is safe, you pay through the online banking system of your bank, or you pay in our store. At the moment the order confirmation is sent to the buyer by e-mail the purchase agreement between MHS Equestrian and the buyer is established. If we do not receive the payment for the purchase within 8 days after establishing the purchase agreement, MHS Equestrian reserves the right to sell the items to another customer.

 

Prices


All prices are including Dutch VAT and excluding other governmental taxes and /or charges and excluding postage costs. All special offers by MHS Equestrian are  without any obligations. Special offers are subject to being unsold. Errors and misprints reserved at all times.

 

Delivery times / Postage costs


An order placed and payed for before 17:00 pm, will be shipped out the same day. Dispatches and deliveries are only made on weekdays. MHS Equestrian seeks to maintain the delivery times, provided that the products are in stock. If an item is not in stock, you will receive notification.

We deliver at the indicated delivery address. Aforementioned delivery times are an indication, not definite delivery times. MHS Equestrian is never liable for damages as a result of exceeded delivery times. MHS Equestrian provides delivery by post or by any other means. For preparing the parcel for shipping and delivering the parcel we charge the amount indicated before establishing the purchase agreement. We do not transport the parcels ourselves, but we have the parcels delivered by a professional transport company. We cannot deliver to post office boxes.

We have a special delivery arrangement during the holidays

Additional costs of subsequent deliveries are to be paid by the customer. MHS Equestrian observes a maximum delivery time of 30 days. After the maximum delivery time of 30 days, the buyer is entitled to dissolve the purchase agreement without reason giving and payment refund will be made.

 

Minimum order value


When you place an order, this order can be increased with shipping costs. These shipping costs are displayed at the checkout. With us there is no minimum order amount. With an order with a total amount above £147,- no shipping costs will be charged!

 

Right to cancel


You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (MHS Equestrian, Primulalaan 2a2, 6851 TD Huissen, Netherlands, [email protected], phone number: + 31 (0)85 3032747) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation:

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

When providing services:

When providing services, the Consumer has the option to repudiate the contract without specifying any reasons, for a period of at least 14 days starting on the day of concluding the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer shall follow the reasonable and clear instructions given by the Entrepreneur in this context during the offer and/or before the delivery.

 

 

Send returnpackage


If you meet the conditions for return, the package can be returned to MHS Equestrian. If, due to the return shipment, the remaining purchase amount falls below a dispatch-free threshold, the shipping costs (*) will still be charged to the customer.

So: If an order is partially canceled, promotional terms and conditions (discount coupons, no shipping costs, promotional codes, etc.) that are linked to a minimum spending may lead to a different reimbursement. By returning items, the amount of the original order may fall below the free shipping threshold. If this is the case, shipping costs regarding the original order will still be charged.

Shipping to MHS takes place at the risk and expense of the sender. MHS Equestrian is responsible from demonstrable receipt of your return shipment. Make sure your return shipment is properly packaged and the return form is in the box. Also make sure that all other labels and addresses (for example from your delivery address) have been removed from the package.

Pay attention! At MHS Equestrian you can regularly add a gift to your order. When you return the entire order, you must also return the gift. If you choose to keep the gift, the value of the gift (+ shipping costs) will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

Return procedure


Do you regret your purchase? No problem, guarantee and service are very important at MHS Equestrian. You can return the item(s) to us in the undamaged packaging within 30 working days. Payment refund will be made including postage costs. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If it can be demonstrated that the products do not meet the requirements of the agreement, you can return the items involved and have them replaced by new items, or you can choose to receive payment refund.
