Horseware Rambo Wug with Vari-Layer Heavy 450G

The Rambo Wug with Vari-Layer Turnout 450G is a thick 450 gram outdoor rug with a half-sloping neck and Vari-Layer Technology. Suitable for the really cold winter months and for shaved horses.

This Horseware blanket gives the horse more warmth with less weight and full protection with the Wug neck during wet and cold autumn and winter days. This neck is suitable for many horses, but also for narrow or young animals, because it lies differently on the bow.

The blanket has a V-front closure, 3 cross surcingles, tail cord, stainless steel closures, leg cutouts, tail flap, semi-sloping neck and reflective strips for extra visibility. The V-front closure and leg cutouts give optimal freedom of movement.

To retain body heat, the WUG is designed with the effective V-front closure, cut-out front and semi-sloping neckline.

The outdoor rug is made of waterproof and breathable strong 1000 denier ballistic nylon outer fabric for guaranteed waterproofness and very good abrasion resistance. The anti-static and antibacterial inner lining ensures healthy skin and shiny coat. Lined with 450 grams fiber filling.

Note : this "Wug" model is not suitable for the liner system, it has no rings on the neck!

This Rambo blanket is equipped with Vari-Layer Technology. Vari-Layer technology provides more warmth without the horse wearing a very thick blanket. The Vari-Layer system are several layers of filling that circulate the heat and keep it well in the blanket. The winter blanket has 3 layers. The top layer has a 450 gram filling, because most of the heat is lost there. The second layer is filled with 300 grams and the bottom layer has a filling of 150 grams. A standard blanket has a heat loss of 80% through 40% blanket surface. The developed Vari-Layer technology of Horseware limits the heat loss by increasing the concentration of fibers in the padding and connecting the layered padding well to the horse. The blanket keeps the quality of the filling longer, so that the effect is maintained. Comfortable fit for the horse.

The Rambo Wug Turnout is available in the color brown in different sizes suitable for pony and horse.
